Jarvis AI is a cloud-based conversational assistant. You sign up with an email and password and chat with one of our AI personas. Your conversation history is stored so the assistant can maintain context across sessions.
Each account's conversation history and usage are stored under keys tied to your own email address. Other end users of the service cannot read your conversations, and you cannot read theirs. Accounts are isolated from one another.
Please note: The service operator may access your account data — including your stored conversations — for legitimate purposes such as technical support, debugging, abuse investigation, and safety enforcement. Operator access is restricted to authorized personnel, requires a privileged credential, and every access to an individual account is recorded in an internal audit log with a timestamp and reason. We do not sell your conversations or share them with other users.
If you are not comfortable with operator access for support, please do not store sensitive personal, financial, or confidential information in your conversations.
Do not use Jarvis AI for illegal activity, to harm others, or to attempt to access other users' accounts or data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Free (Observer) accounts have a daily message limit. Paid tiers (Operator, Architect) are monthly subscriptions billed via Stripe and remove or raise the limit. Pricing and limits may change with notice.
14-day right of withdrawal (ångerrätt). As an EU consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (lag (2005:59) om distansavtal, implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU). Because this is a digital service that begins immediately, at checkout you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the service starts. We record that consent. You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing; it will not be retroactively refunded except where required by law.
AI responses may be inaccurate. Do not rely on Jarvis AI for professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. The service is provided "as is" without warranties.
This section explains your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swedish Data Protection Act.
The data controller is Marcus Engström, established in Sweden (EU). For any privacy request, contact shopspring43@gmail.com.
We collect your email address and a hashed password to create and secure your account (legal basis: performance of a contract), your conversation history to maintain context (contract), your approximate IP / region for sign-up abuse throttling and security (legitimate interest), and, for Pro, payment details handled directly by Stripe — we never see or store your card number (contract). We use no third-party advertising or tracking cookies; browser storage is used only to keep you signed in.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with processors running the service: Cloudflare (hosting/storage, under standard contractual clauses), Stripe (payments), and the underlying AI provider that generates responses to your messages.
Account data and conversation history are kept for the life of your account. Payment/transaction records are kept as required by Swedish accounting law (up to 7 years). When you delete your account, your conversations and account record are removed except for anything we must retain by law.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete ("right to be forgotten"), restrict, or object to our use of your data, and to receive a copy of it (data portability). Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time. You can exercise the main rights yourself, instantly, inside the app: open the 🔒 Privacy & data menu to download a full copy of your data or permanently delete your account. You can also email shopspring43@gmail.com — we respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Swedish authority IMY.
